Empower Yourself with Diamond Defense

Whether it's wanting to get your besties together for some empowering girl time, or having to plan a fun bonding experience for a group of women or girls (ages 12+), you and your group will learn how to protect and defend yourselves in a private, positive, and supportive environment. 

The only thing better than becoming empowered through self-defense training is watching your favorite people become empowered through self-defense training.

 (Bonus points for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you're all equipped with the same training, and being able to help support each other in maintaining your training post-class.) 

You provide the training area, which should be at least 10' x 10' of open space (or larger, depending on size of group).

This is a 3-hour class that can either be done all at once, or broken up into multiple sessions.

Private Group classes: (2-8 students)

Sacramento area: $150 to reserve + $30/student, due at class

Outside of Sacramento: $200 to reserve + $30/student, due at class
