Whether you're looking to build confidence, strengthen your safety skills, prepare for a specific situation, or receive more individualized instruction, private training provides the focused attention and customized approach that isn't always possible in a larger group setting.

Location Options

On-Site
You provide the training space. The area must be large enough for all participants to stand in a circle with arms extended without touching. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside Sacramento County, depending on distance.

Studio
Train in our Midtown Sacramento studio, conveniently located at 28th & N Street.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled based on student and instructor availability.

Rates

$75 per hour for the first participant 

$25 per hour for each additional participant
